Now we are going to use this donation as below.

 

 

 

1.Support for church to do missionary work (40 million yen)

 

(1)The primary backup money (10 million yen, already given)

 

We sent letters to all the suffering churches in Tohoku to ask about their situation.

 

We sent 100 thousand yen each to all the churches that had been in touch.We are planning further support on

the basis of the information we gather like this.

 

 

(2)The secondary backup money (20 million yen, in progress)

 

We are planning the secondary support on the basis of the information above.

We have a committee of church reconstruction and analyze the information, and are considering the support up

 

to 3 million yen maximum for about 20 churches.We are going to consult with concerned churches from now and

 

proceed as below.

 

1. We ask for their church reconstruction plan to be fixed.

2. We ask whether we may make the contents of the plan available to the public on our home page.

 

3. If we are given permission for that, we will make a promise for our payment for backup money,

 

and wait for time of payment together with a prayer.

 

 

(3)The tertiary backup money (10 million yen, being under consideration)

 

We are considering the tertiary backup money at the same time as the secondary　back up money.

 

This is a support for casualties in churches. Our aim is that this support will maintain and lead to further

 

support through sister church projects and so on.

 

 

 

2.Support for public welfare by church network (10 million yen)

 

There are many churches' and believers' networks other than Sendai Christian union.

 

We have decided to make efficient use of donation we received for public welfare support activities by such networks.

 

 

 

3.General secretariat's expenses (10 million yen)

 

Research and clerical work are necessary for the above activities.

 

10 million yen is allocated to the General secretariat including a certain sum of money that was appointed for

 

this expense.

 

 

We hope to obtain an approval for further detailed budget note at the organizers' meeting on Sep 22.

 

Once it is approved, it will be opened to public on our homepage.
